yay, you're here! ✹

My name is Andilyn Horak, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (LPC013988.) I earned my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, and my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I have specific training in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, Clinical Child + Adolescent Anxiety Treatment (CCATP), and am trauma informed + neurodiverse affirming.

I utilize a blend of evidence-based practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and bottom-up embodied processing. Through these methods, we’ll delve into the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and embodied experience, fostering deeper awareness and healing.

My approach to supporting those healing their relationship with food + their body centers around body and size neutrality. I believe that all bodies are good bodies, and our inner wisdom can often be found within our bodies and nervous systems.

I am committed to providing an inclusive and neurodiverse-affirming space where all identities are valued and respected. My therapeutic style is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a little humor- creating a safe environment for you to explore your feelings and thoughts. When I’m not sharing space with clients, you can (most often) find me watching the Great British Bake Off with my family and two cats!I’m honored that you stopped by.
